As part of a $1 billion investment made by Liberty Property Trust, the South Jersey companies Connor Strong & Buckelew, a national insurance brokerage firm, NFI, a supply chain and logistics firm, and The Michaels Organization, a housing developer specializing in mixed and affordable income housing are planning to make the Partners Tower their new headquarters.
The Partners Tower will be oriented on the site to sit alongside the Delaware River offering magnificent cityscape views of Philadelphia and the Delaware River. On the ground level, a 7-story parking garage will provide about 790 parking spots for visitors and employees. In total, the building will have space designated to each company, as well as shared spaces that include large conference rooms equipped to host corporate events and a 9-story open atrium. The building will total 18 floors and offer access to a piazza on the rooftop, large enough to accompany 1,000 occupants. A helipad and private executive suites are also planned for the top floors.
The building will be designed to LEED Silver specifications.
