As public health guidance continues to be updated around the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to take a moment to express how important you, your project and your team is to our community here at USA Architects. We sincerely hope that you, your colleagues and your families remain healthy and safe.
We are open for business as we continue to heed CDC recommendations to ensure the well-being of our staff and the larger community. The changes we are making this week are as follows:
- We may be reaching out to move previously scheduled in-person meetings to a video conference platform.
- We have implemented social distancing practices within our offices.
- Staff who currently must work from home are supported and equipped with technology to continue their progress on projects remotely.
- In accordance with local government official recommendations, we are not participating in any planned or spontaneous events with a large number of people in attendance.
Should government recommendations change to affect our ability to work in-office, we are prepared. Thankfully, our company culture has always valued work/life balance, and our employees as a whole, are equipped with the technology necessary to work remotely when needed. In addition, we have updated our business contingency plans for multiple public health scenarios and are prepared to continue productivity in case of a mandated quarantine.
As always, please feel free to reach out to a member of our team to discuss any specific concerns that you might have about your project. We have always believed that the key ingredient to an efficient design process is mutual trust, and we promise to continue honest, open communication as we face the shared challenges before us.
Thank you for trusting us with your business.
Sincerely,
Paul Swartz & the USA Architects Team
