Leadership change within the executive team at Cooper paved the way for a new workplace concept. Putting their creativity to work, our design team developed a space plan that accomodates the CEO and her staff, as well as the executive administrative team in expanded, private offices and the executive administrative team in open workstations.  with interior finishes that complement the Hospital's interior design standards, and adds a new entry to the Suite.

Our second design project on the 10th floor, Interior renovation of half of the existing 10th floor at 1 Cooper Plaza for the relocation of the CEO and administrative offices, open workstations, conference rooms and kitchen.  Also completed a redesign of the existing Boardroom, inclusive of AV/ IT and millwork, which features a custom-made 23’ Boardroom table as the focal point.

In a design/build partnership with Joseph Jingoli & Sons, USA designed the interior fit-out of 24,000 sf of unfinished empty shell space on the 10th floor of the 10-story Patient Pavilion to accommodate an instructional center for medical students in training.

The space includes classrooms, collaborative areas for breakout sessions, small and large conference rooms (the largest accommodates 150 people), four private offices, ten administrative offices, board room, pantry, and locker area. The space is also supports various business functions for general corporate use and in-house training.

The project was successfully completed, from design through construction, in a short seven months; on time and under budget.  Phase 1 came in under budget by approximately $300,000 which was used to offset the cost of the Board Room in Phase 2.

In addition to permitting, construction documentation, and construction administration, the team provided interior design and the selection of contemporary furniture and fixtures
