Such facilities are complex and require a different level of design understanding than a more traditional building renovation. This work includes programming, planning and design for public, restricted and secure zones, to streamline operations, reduce costs, increase efficiencies, increase safety and security and form a strong civic presence within the communities they serve. USA Team ascertains the significance of the property in relationship to the area to establish the architectural flavor of the locale, and incorporate the history into our recommendations.

The team outlines the proposed phasing of the project with particular attention to the impact on community life and staff during construction. We are experts in crafting phasing plans that maximizes building occupancy/use while identifying potential swing space.
