The South Jersey companies Connor Strong & Buckelew, a national insurance brokerage firm, NFI, a supply chain and logistics firm, and The Michaels Organization, a housing developer specializing in mixed and affordable income housing have made the new Triad1828 Centre their new headquarters.
The Triad1828 Centre building is oriented on the site to sit alongside the Delaware River offering magnificent cityscape views of Philadelphia and the Delaware River. On the ground level, a 7-story parking garage provides 790 parking spots for visitors and employees. In total, the building has space designated to each company, as well as shared spaces that include large conference rooms equipped to host corporate events and an 9-story open atrium. The building totals 18 floors and offers access to a open-air piazza on the rooftop, large enough to accompany 1,000 occupants. A helipad and private executive suites are included in the top floors.
The project has achieved LEED Silver certification.
